Capability Process Manager

Key Role:

Identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing processes, methods, and tools, and present findings and recommendations to process owners and project teams. Conduct research, evaluations, studies, and analysis with minimal guidance. Author or contribute substantive content to plans, reports, processes, regulations, and SOPs with minimal guidance. Define requirements to facilitate and support knowledge management process improvements and procedures. Establish knowledge management processes and technology implementation training plan, and provide research support in response to specific requests, as needed.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Process Re-Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience with using process improvement methodologies
  • 2+ years of experience in writing content for plans, reports, regulations, and SOPs
  • Experience with identifying misaligned structures or documentation in the policy and guidance landscape, across all levels, and overlaps, gaps, and seams that impede or may conflict with the intelligence mission set
  • Experience with developing instructor materials, including course outlines, background material, and training aids
  • Experience in reviewing data sources and identifying, categorizing, and classifying sensitive data 
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience with knowledge management processes and tools
  • Experience with technical writing
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Possession of excellent organizational skills
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
