Finance Program Analyst

Key Role:  

Perform as a seasoned and qualified professional providing mission support as a finance management expert. Handle commitments and obligations documents and accounting and budget systems for a DoD client. Manage travel, equipment, and budget analysis related to Military exercise rotations. Provide analytical support for program budget projections.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in a Department of Defense (DoD) finance role

  • 4+ years of experience with the Defense Travel Service (DTS) funding and management 

  • 2+ years of experience with General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) reports

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 

  • Secret clearance 

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in an Army finance role

  • Experience with Military Pay or a Finance Unit 

  • Experience at a Combat Training Center

  • Experience with managing Exercise budgets

  • Experience with leading support functions 

  • Experience with contract financial management and program planning 

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail 

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Possession of excellent problem-solving skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
