You will advise and assist a military logistics command on exercise, contingency, and operational related events, providing analytical, technical, and logistical analysis and recommendations during the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC). You’ll develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) in the India-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM). You will conduct analysis during all phases of the JELC and provide technical recommendations that meet Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) and Training and Readiness (TR) goals as defined in the command’s Mission Essential Task List (METL) and track changes in operational phases. You’ll attend joint, bilateral, and multinational planning conferences, working groups, and confirmation briefs to gather data and plan and provide recommendations to U.S. Government attendees on the conduct of military operations. You will serve in the planning and integration capacity of the uniformed customer when required, make coordination with adjacent staff sections and subordinate units on the project lead and action officer’s behalf and serve as operational continuity until the conclusion of such operations as required. You’ll manage Force Design, Force Experimentation, and Stand if Force Mission requirements and provide recommendations on product, planning, and execution development updates to the staff, as required.

You Have:
5 years of experience with exercise, operational, or contingency planning in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations
2 years of experience with exercise, operational, or contingency planning, preparation, and coordination in adjacent components and commands
Experience with planning and coordinating training in INDOPACOM
Knowledge of military organization and culture of joint US Forces and partner allies in the region
Knowledge of a variety of DoD networks for information gathering, including NIPR, SIPR, and CENTRIX
Ability to apply information from the applicable documents to advise in the design of an exercise, operational, or contingency construct that meets both Theater Security Cooperation and Training and Readiness objectives
Ability to advise leadership on the means to achieve exercise, operational, or contingency planning objectives and how and when to change operational phases
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in written formats, including complex data analysis topics to senior leaders and their respective staffs and work with senior-level staff members at the Joint and Combined level
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
