Cloud Advisory, Lead

The Challenge:  

Are you passionate about helping organizations successfully implement new cloud solutions to advance their operations?  Do you have a desire to utilize your experience to advise cloud leaders, providing strategic thought leadership and innovative solutions towards maturing cloud enablement processes including Cloud Advocacy, Onboarding, Service Desk support, and Tenant self-service? We’re looking for someone like you—a cloud leader who can contribute to program level strategy and execution management – if you have a passion for making systems better, we need you! 

As a Cloud Advisory Lead, you will drive continuous improvement in areas that span requirements management, prioritization, service delivery, service desk operations, customer experience and engagement, organization change management, training, communications, performance measurement and management. You will apply your technology solutioning experience in order to provide implementation guidance based on best practices to the organization and tenants throughout the life cycle of the project. 

Work with us as we lead change in the federal IT civilian market. 

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with IT, including IT project management and driving complex department and agency level IT initiatives

  • 4+ years of experience with driving organizational change management activities for complex department and agency level IT initiatives

  • 4+ years of experience with customer management, developing stakeholder engagement strategies, and driving process improvement to achieve organizational efficiencies and reduction of operational costs

  • 4+ years of experience with managing department level, including developing enterprise cloud mission, vision and goals, and organizational Key Performance Indicators

  • Experience with leading Application Rationalization, IT Portfolio management and Cloud migration planning initiatives

  • Experience with de-composing work into a discrete set of milestones and associated set of risks, issues, and dependencies

  • Experience in working with Service Now, SAFe, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence, and using data analytics to drive process improvement opportunities

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Agile certification
