Embedded Software Engineer, Mid

The Challenge:

What if you could use your engineering skills to transform Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Electronic Warfare (EW), and agile Radio Frequency (RF) system technology? As an embedded software engineer, you understand the power behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to working with clients to identify problems, generate solutions, and communicate results. We’re looking for an embedded software engineer who can use their skills to perform embedded system development, algorithm design, and software implementation.

Our team develops solutions for complex ISR problems. That’s why we need you, an embedded systems engineer, with strong knowledge of FPGAs and ASICs to help us design and develop agile embedded systems. You will directly impact the ISR domain by being an integral part of our agile embedded systems development. This is a chance to use your experience-based knowledge in embedded software development while broadening your skillset into areas like EW and RF systems. Join us and take on exciting challenges in the ISR domain as we advance the state of agile embedded systems.

Empower change with us.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with implementing solutions to embedded software engineering problems
  • 3+ years of experience with interacting directly with clients to identify problems, analyze data, generate solutions, and communicate results
  • Experience in working within a structured software development environment
  • Experience developing systems with FPGAs or ASICs
  • Experience with embedded Linux, RTOS, ARM, AVR, and PIC
  • Experience with VHDL or Verilog
  • Knowledge of developing and integrating embedded algorithms with C/C++
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BS degree in EE or Computer Engineering

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators
  • Experience with electrical circuit and PCB design
  • Experience with Linux systems and commands
  • MS in Computer Engineering, EE, or related major

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
