Proposal Coordinator

Key Role:

Leverage proposal expertise to interview subject matter experts (SMEs) and create draft-level content and concepts, including working with experts to create uber anchor graphics that contain threads in each proposal section. Create annotated outlines for SMEs and work across teams to provide front-end expertise on proposal structure, outline, page count, and messaging and tailor boilerplate to help with proposal responses across multiple indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles. Introduce teams to an established firm storyboarding process and lead teams, guide reviewers, and the writers from beginning to end. Maintain responsibility of centralized proposal and content repository and help to tag and categorize information in the repository. Administer storyboard and other proposal training, as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with moderate IT

-Experience with Microsoft products, including Office365 programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and SharePoint

-Experience with managing complex schedules and calendars

-Knowledge of the proposal development process

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in government contracting

-Ability to be flexible and with positive can-do attitude

-Ability to work well with and lead groups, including large groups
