Risk Management Framework Systems Analyst

Key Role:

Under general direction, formulate and define systems scope and objective based on both user needs and a good comprehension of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devise and modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capability and limitations, operating time, and form of required results. Perform analyses of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Guide and advise junior Business Systems Analysts. Perform work at the highest level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in systems engineering, web technologies, applications, software systems and networks, and security
  • 2 years of experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes
  • 1 year of experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
  • 1 year of experience with software quality assurance and testing
  • 1 year of experience with developing end-user documentation, guides, and how-tos
  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with programming, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Bash, PowerShell, or software development
  • Experience with NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, FISMA, or other Cybersecurity policy
  • Experience with conducting presentations, including public speaking, briefings, classroom presentations, or training
  • MA or MS degree in Business IT, Systems Engineering, or CS
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • DoD 8570 IAT II or higher certification, including Security+, Network+, CEH, or CISSP
