Digital Transformation Consultant

The Opportunity:  

As a digital transformation consultant, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective process improvement, thought leadership in matching technology to address problems, and effective leadership skills, is crucial for your client’s future. You’re eager to apply your advanced consulting experience and full defense knowledge to develop creative solutions. We’re looking for someone like you to guide organizations as they solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions. 

As a digital transformation consultant on our team, you’ll be trusted to transform and modernize our Air Force client by applying leading-edge concepts and tools like software and platforms, data management, and process improvement. Using data analysis, defining technical requirements, and organizational change management approaches, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical consultants to implement transformative technology and business systems.

  

In this role, you’ll directly impact the DOD by providing important data to translate business needs, processes, and procedures into a workable solution. With opportunities to introduce new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:   

  • 10+ years of experience supporting the DOD
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams of five or more
  • 5+ years of experience with data analytics
  • Experience with managing budgets of $2 million or more
  • Experience with SharePoint, PowerBI, Tableau, and modern data platforms
  • Experience with setting goals for performance and growth
  • Experience with managing clients, partners, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Agile to drive project results
  • Secret clearance 
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:   

  • Experience with supporting Air Force clients
  • Knowledge of the Indo-Pacific AOR
  • Experience with Python, SQL, or R
  • Ability to develop presentations and present to Senior Leaders, General Officers, and business executives
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Possession of excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master's degree 
  • ICAgile Practitioner Certification
  • KMI Knowledge Management Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $106,200.00 to $242,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
