Knowledge Operations Analyst, Mid

Key Roles:

Recommend and execute Knowledge Management (KM) strategies, plans, processes, and tools, including decks, KM assessment reports, and KM roadmaps to improve the client's KM practices. Assist with standing up and managing the client's KM repository, including developing a content management strategy and gathering and managing content for the repository. Coordinate with a diverse group of government stakeholders to conduct these activities. Learn quickly, complete important assignments on a short schedule, contribute functional expertise to the management of client deliverables, develop client-ready products, including briefings, reports, and internal communications, and leverage industry best practices in KM strategy and change management. Receive, analyze, and manage tasks assigned to the Directorate through the Task Management Tool. Perform client-level IT support functions, manage hardware and software, and perform configuration, management, and troubleshooting. Remove and replace components and peripherals to restore system operation, install and configure software operating systems and applications, and provide service to end-users for the operation, restoration, and configuration of information systems.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience with working in a USAF environment

-Experience with PC deployment, troubleshooting, and support

-Experience with the USAF TMT application

-Knowledge of general guidelines for working on an IT system

-Ability to follow procedures for access to and handling of classified information, including following guidelines for working in a cleared facility

-Secret clearance

-HS Diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with SharePoint 2010 and 2013

-Knowledge of the architecture and terminology used in enterprise-scale Microsoft Windows computing environments

-Ability to work in a team environment

-Ability to follow client technical specifications

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-TS/ SCI clearance a plus

-BA or BS degree a plus
