As a digital transformation consultant, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective process improvements, requirements gathering, and roadmap designs is crucial for your client’s future. You’re eager to apply your advanced consulting experience and full defense knowledge to develop creative solutions. We’re looking for someone like you to help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.

As a digital transformation consultant on our team, you’ll be trusted to modernize and create efficiency in the logistics area by implementing software and platforms, data management, and training plans. Using your ability to define technical requirements, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical consultants to implement transformative technology and processes.
 
In this role, you’ll directly impact the defense mission by translating client needs to software requirements while managing delivery. With opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with the Military or DoD

  • Experience as a Product Owner

  • Experience with JIRA, MS Teams, and SharePoint

  • Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management

  • Experience with providing training of new functionality to client

  • Knowledge of the project management framework

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED


Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience with teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts

  • Knowledge of DoD IT infrastructures and processes

  • Knowledge of supply chain processes

  • Possession of excellent problem-solving skills to provide technical assistance to IT development teams

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients, engineers, and managers successfully

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Master's degree

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
