The Opportunity:

As a systems security and network security engineer, you can identify and develop a security architecture needed to protect against vulnerabilities and recommend the best solution and security strategy. We need your experience to oversee the development and implementation of security solutions that will protect our nation's infrastructure, the men and women in the military, and our nation.
On our team, you’ll supervise a team as they troubleshoot and analyze complex challenges for customers using your knowledge of network and security devices You’ll manage the research of technology and market trends to further develop security solutions. Using your expertise in Okta, Workspace One, Azure AD, Intune, Endpoint Manager, and JAMF, you’ll assess security threats and implement infrastructure controls.
In this role, you’ll directly impact our DOD clients by supporting our country. With mentoring, challenging, hands-on, problem-solving, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

What You’ll Work On:
- Develop relationships quickly and easily with other teams, communicating the complexities of security with a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
- Manage infrastructure and cyber security controls, including enhanced detection and vulnerability capabilities and improved event correlation in large enterprises.
- Lead risk and vulnerability assessments in network, system, and application areas
- Leverage big data analytics and traditional security event types to identify advanced threats or indicators of compromise.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in USG cyber risk management, assessments and authorization (A&A), certification and accreditation (C&A), and using NIST Special Publications (SP), including SP800-30, SP800-37, or SP800-53
- 10+ years of experience in designing and engineering enterprise IT solutions within the USG using NIST SP, including SP800-60, SP800-64, SP800-80, SP800-122, SP800-137, SP800-146, SP800-160, SP800-204, SP800-207, or SP800-213
- Experience with the management, operational, and technical aspects of IT Security in a complex enterprise environment
- Experience in cyber risk management and assessments
- Experience with in-depth analysis of Zero Trust Capabilities, Infrastructures, and Architecture
- Secret clearance
- Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, Information Technology, Cyber Security
Nice If You Have:
- 8+ years of experience with team or operational leadership
- Experience with Okta, Workspace One, Azure AD, Intune, Endpoint Manager, JAMF, and modern authentication
- TS/SCI clearance
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
