Job Description
Key Role:
Work as a subject matter expert by applying expertise in and technical knowledge of research, process definition, interfacing, and training with the client and contractor teams supporting an Air Force client and the Life Cycle Management Process and Integrated Digital Environment (LCMP-IDE) system. Incorporate program information, maintenance, and technical data into the LCMP-IDE. Work directly with the organization and integrated product teams, establish contacts at each client location, and provide oversight for locations. Maintain responsibility for creating and managing user accounts and permissions, including providing program training to users as necessary, ensuring configuration data within LCMP-IDE, and making experience-based recommendations for improvement to project leadership. Share expertise with other SMEs through leadership and mentoring. Apply expertise while expanding project management skillsets.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience providing dedicated support to the USAF
- Experience working with software development teams, software applications, or data management systems
- Ability to use software products, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and information systems
- Ability to develop long-term strategic communication plans
- Ability to work with external stakeholder groups and present to senior ranking officials confidently
- Ability to support quality assurance efforts for software development teams
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with TFS, Jira, or Confluence
- Experience presenting to official audiences and representing clients at various events, including meetings, conferences, and seminars
- Ability to comprehend, summarize, communicate, and document technical requirements and issues succinctly
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately in a dynamic and fluid environment
- Ability to work independently while consulting with senior personnel on difficult matters
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including editing
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
