Job Description
Key Role:
Provide Counter Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) instruction and integration for military personnel within the European theater and Combat Training Center (CTC) exercises. Integrate, plan, synchronize, coordinate, and facilitate live, virtual, constructive, and gaming C-UAS assets available for training using blended learning techniques. Employ research and analysis to assist government customers with integration of emergent techniques and capabilities into training to counter threats from Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). Employ subject matter expertise when advising military personnel with employment knowledge and training as a UAS Subject Matter Expert for the Combat Training Center (CTC) Operations group. Provide engagement activity support to OPFOR REDAIR personnel and assets as they engage Rotational Training Units (RTU) forces. Guide employment of C-UAS equipment and engagement by RTU against REDAIR during CTC rotations.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with the Military
- Experience with Electronic Warfare
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Ability to complete Certified Military Instructor Certification training course within 180 days of start date
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Global Combat Supply System - Army
- Experience with being deployed in a combat or combat advisor role
- Experience with integrating live, virtual, constructive, and gaming warfighting training
- Experience as an observer controller (OC)
- Experience with conducting after-action reviews (AAR)
- Experience with Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and 3D printing
- Experience with small electronics fabrication and repair
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
