You will apply expertise as a results-oriented, innovative business leader with a background in leading teams to bring new capabilities, applications, and services to the market, while assisting with our firm-wide and regional efforts to develop new business. You will be a key player in developing solutions in collaboration with accounts with the intention to take capabilities to market. You will be part of the overall team who helps teams apply new capabilities that are potentially relevant in their client space and your leadership experience will help shape and develop best practices that standardize identifying, building, and implementing capabilities and strategic innovations.This is a chance to directly improve upon our government and commercial clients by helping to develop new program strategies in a team environment. You Have:

-10+ years of experience with working in the intelligence community (IC)

-5+ years of experience with leading large scale proposals supporting the DoD

-Ability to manage team usage at targeted levels and maintain administrative costs

-Ability to achieve goals in the areas of capture responsibility to grow and expand the business, manage team usage at targeted levels, and maintain administrative costs

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with building intelligence related services within the US-INDOPACOM AOR

-MA, MS, or MBA degree

-PMP Certification

Clearance:
