Key Role:
Perform a wide variety of contract administration functions, including proposal development, cost strategies, modifications, review and negotiation of terms and conditions, and contract compliance. Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggested proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements and the recommended pricing approach. Provide advice and counsel on risk issues, proposal strategies, and client and customer relationship management. Negotiate and administer contracts independently with U.S. government agencies and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types. Negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements, and organizational conflict of interest plans. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with all contract types, including Cost Plus, Fixed Price, Time and Materials, or Incentive Fee contracts
Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and plans
Experience in reviewing terms, conditions, and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures
Knowledge of federal and DoD regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients through consistent communication and follow-up
Ability to stay organized and manage time independently
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with GSA, BPA, and IDIQ Task Order driven contracts, including the Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) Program
Experience in working with client-facing teams in a diverse environment
Ability to manage multiple critical internal and external deadlines, including proposal submissions, data calls, and short turn inquiries
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent analytical skills, including recognizing significant or unique requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions for various agreements, including non-disclosures and teaming agreements

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
