That’s why we need you, a passionate Program Manager who can ensure our Electromagnetic Assurance Center program achieves success.
As a Program Manager at Booz Allen, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by leading a specialized engineering and analytical team in delivering to our Warfare Center clients who will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for leadership as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As a leader in our Warfare Center portfolio, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more.
This is your chance to impact electromagnetic interference and compatibility objectives and topside design studies and analyses, while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies. You Have:
- 10+ years of experience with DoD program management, including oversight and management using analyses and quality assurance
- 5+ years of experience with Test Evaluation and Integration (TE&I) for configuration management of Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR)
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and managing geographically diverse teams
- Experience managing multiple, concurrent POA&Ms and technical instructions, supporting the review of cost, schedule, and performance metrics
- Experience with the management of Cost-Plus type contracts and reviewing and approving financial reports and invoices, including those from subcontractor teammates
- Experience with review and approval of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or Naval architecture
- Ability to self-prioritize and manage a timed tasking effectively
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working under ISO-9001 processes
- Experience serving as a job leader, task lead, or career manager
- Experience with Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) or Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) programs
- Experience with recruiting and hiring activities
- Knowledge of U.S. Navy Surface Ships topside environment and systems
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing and delivering formal Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and day to day communications with program and contract leadership
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Science, or Engineering field
- Program Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III Program Manager Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
