Programmer/Developer Lead

The Challenge:

When a user tries new software, they expect it to be intuitive and run smoothly. Functionality, reliability, and user experience are key to successful software development – and that means rigorous testing. That’s why we need you, an experienced software test engineer who knows how to thoroughly test software and work with developers to make sure our team releases the best software possible.

Are you looking for an opportunity to not just develop software, but to lead a team in designing and developing things that make a difference?  Achieve success by solving problems with complete end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.  We’re looking for a developer with the advanced skills needed to lead a professional team of software developers, creating innovative and disruptive software systems and technologies for a Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) from vision to production-ready systems.
