Job Description
The Opportunity:
What if you could use your engineering skills to transform the Department of Defense (DoD)? As a senior topside engineer, you understand the power behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to conducting platform surveys. We’re looking for an engineer who can use their skills to conduct platform investigation, characterization, quantification, and resolution of any findings.
Our team supports the Navy in ensuring that Fleet assets maintain electromagnetic compatibility. That’s why we need you, an engineer who specializes in electromagnetic interference and compatibility to help us design and develop corrective actions for identified problems. You’ll identify and recommend engineering fixes to mitigate unacceptable risks and conduct evaluations on any new systems being placed on surface assets. You’ll directly impact the DoD's mission in maintaining a superior Naval Fleet by ensuring existing or new systems function as intended. We’ll look to you to share your engineering expertise through leadership and mentoring junior staff. This is a chance to use your experience-based knowledge in electromagnetic and topside surveys while broadening your skillset into areas like modeling and simulation, and operational assessments. Join us and take on exciting challenges in the DoD.
