Military Command and Control Research Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex or highly sensitive systems, policies, processes, or solutions pertaining to strategic, operational, and tactical battle management command and control (BMC2) for worldwide operations, training, and homeland security. Analyze procedures for solving complex design, integration, requirements, training, and analytical problems. Perform or direct operational and technical analyses. Report changes, trends, and implications regarding the design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation. Prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodologies and results. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a qualified operator in the Air Force Theater Air Control System, including E-3, E-8, AOC, CRC, BCC, or ASOC and TACP, or Theater Air Ground System

  • Experience with resourcing Air Force BMC2 systems

  • Knowledge of Advanced Battle Management Systems and Joint All Domain Command and Control Concepts

  • Ability to present complex operational and analytical information to Air Force senior leaders

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with working in Multi-Domain Command and Control issues

  • Experience with an Air Operations Center

  • Knowledge of the DoD Program Objective Memorandum process

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Master's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
