Business Operations Specialist
The Opportunity:
As a Business Process Specialist on our team, you’ll analyze your client’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You’ll analyze discussions with leadership, engineers, and analysts that will help refine your client’s definition of success and identify current frustrations. You’ll work on the design of data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.
On our team, you’ll use your Business Operations expertise and knowledge of the client organization and processes to provide your client with recommendations, along with a firm grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect.

You Have:
Experience working in a team environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience in Business Operations for or within federal agencies, Associate’s degree and 4+ years of experience in Business Operations for or within federal agencies, or Bachelor’s degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
