You Have:
- 10+ years of experience with managing the development of integrated hardware and software systems in the DoD, federal government, or commercial entities
- 8+ years of experience with technical solutions using Object Oriented Design and Analysis (OODA), Architecture Patterns, System of Systems, and Digital Engineering
- Experience with managing projects using SDLC models, CMMI, agile, or spiral development
- Experience with Cloud-enabled solutions, architecture development, and "As a Service" offerings
- Experience with managing contracts, including those greater than $5 million and potentially multiple subcontractors
- Experience with leading project teams of 25+ and acting as the client relationship manager
- Ability to use MBSE to develop architectures
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with NAVAIR
- Experience in LOG and IT, Hypersonics, Autonomy, and DevSecOps
- Experience with product lines
- Experience with Naval aircraft or shipboard architectures
- Experience with Kubernetes and Containers, including Docker
- Ability to design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications for a target system using agile methods
- Possession of excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and prospective senior government clients
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III Program Manager Certification
- Agile Certified Professional (ACP) or Certified ICAgile Professional Certification preferred

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
