The Opportunity:
As a professional in Business Services, you have the experience and skills to ensure our Delivery Hub operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight on Business Services performance.
As a member of the Accounts Receivable team, you will perform administrative, processing, and auditing responsibilities, including the set-up and maintenance of Booz Allen contracts in our Costpoint accounting system, SOX auditing assistance, project analysis and reconciliation, and document retention.
How You’ll Contribute:
- Set-up and maintain contracts in compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and requirements, in our Costpoint accounting system.
- Support multiple program tasks simultaneously while prioritizing efforts with strict timelines to ensure service levels are met.
- Reconcile contract modifications against Costpoint records.
- Participate in contract kick-off meetings.
- Work closely with Contract Administrators, Project Control, and Program Managers to solve set-up challenges.
- Support external and internal audit teams with gathering documents.
Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with government contracting
- Experience using Deltek Costpoint Project module for project set-up
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and collaborate in a team environment with a focus on high professional standards, strong follow-up, and successful project execution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience using V-lookup and Pivot Table functions in Excel
- Possession of excellent detail-oriented and analytical skills
- Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
