Job Description
Key Role:
Serve as a central touchpoint reporting to engineering focused on delivery. Assist with responsibility for coordinating deployments, support, software upgrades, and integrations of new products into a customer environment. Perform hands-on engineering work and the coordination and leadership of engineering resources from other engineering teams. Become familiar with the customer's technical environment and act as a point of contact between the agency and technical resources internal to the program. Maintain access to customer sites and learn new solutions as they enter the customer environment. Apply thought leadership in a highly collaborative and innovative work environment to solve complex technical and non-technical challenges.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with performing systems administration in Linux, Microsoft, or VMware environments, including performing installation and configuration, monitoring system performance and availability, performing upgrades, and troubleshooting
Experience with designing, implementing, configuring, and operating IT systems or security infrastructure
Experience with performing site surveys, data gathering, and research and analysis regarding deploying and implementing security tools
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies
Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, frameworks, federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk management processes for enterprise systems
Bachelor's degree in IT Security, Engineering, or a related field
CISSP, Red Hat, ForeScout, Splunk, Tenable, Carbon Black, or an industry-related or vendor Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
