Agile Coach

Key Role:

Lead a system integration project as a capability for new or existing systems and applications. Assist with maintaining responsibility for aligning system and service delivery with overall marketplace IT development plans. Manage coordination and integration across the development life cycle, large-scale marketplace initiatives, and clients and vendors. Facilitate the coordination of stakeholders for end-to-end testing, comprehending environment management and reservation for testing of the capability, smooth delivery of new functionality, cross-team alignment of maintenance releases, and oversight support for critical marketplace business operations and processes. Formulate and define systems’ scopes and objectives based on user needs and comprehension of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Analyze or modify procedures to solve complex problems while considering computer equipment capability and limitations, operating time, and form of preferred business impact.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing the adoption of Scaled Agile Framework for Lean Enterprises (SAFe)
  • Experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner RTE or Agile Coach; coaching in distributed teams or a multi-site environment
  • Experience with providing team level coaching for Product Owners (PO) and Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) level coaching for Product Management and Business Owners and stakeholders to help achieve the Team Agility or the program level SAFe adoption maturity
  • Experience with facilitating team level or ART level workshops such as backlog refinement or retrospectives to help the team understand the new Agile ways of working
  • Experience facilitating big room events including Program Increment (PI) planning, planning prep, and problem-solving workshops
  • Experience providing training using Scaled Agile Inc entablements to provide SAFe certified training for SAFe for Government, SAFe Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe for PO and PM, SAFe for Teams
  • Experience with system integrations and delivering software systems to Production using SAFe, Agile, Scrum and or Lean processes
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS degree
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification or SAFe RTE certification

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of programming and development using Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Hipchat, and Confluence
  • Knowledge of the federally facilitated health insurance marketplace or health insurance eligibility and enrollment
  • Ability to think critically and analytically in an enterprise and systems-of-systems environment
  • Agile Certification
