The Opportunity:
Our Culture, Communications, and Engagement team is seeking an experienced creative and design professional to elevate visual communications related to our functional and people operations.

As part of our team, you will interact with other designers, copywriters, and group leads to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned products across a portfolio of projects. You will collaborate with other design and creative colleagues in creating visually appealing designs for an array of mediums, with the opportunity to wear some additional hats depending on business demands. Personally work on projects and also lead teams to establish award winning creative. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple disciplines and make a significant impact on our diverse workforce. You will assist in the education and development of other designers. You'll advise our clients on all technical and visual recommendations or issues. You'll help facilitate the development of creative briefs and client presentations. You will be accountable for your work and the people you lead. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You have:
- 5+ years of experience in a studio or design agency
- Experience with color theory
- Experience with print, video, web, and social platforms
- Experience with Macintosh operating platform
- Knowledge of PC
- Knowledge of graphic software applications
- Ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactic
- Ability to demonstrate extraordinary typography skills
- Ability to share design portfolio
- Associate's degree
Nice if you have:
- Experience with video production and events
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of web and interactive design and usability
- Ability to manage your own time and large workload within tight deadline
- Possession of exceptional computer skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
