Job Description
Key Role:
Design, build, and manage employee campaigns that fuel employee motivation, inspire engagement, and spotlight our culture of heart and performance. Drive strategy, development, execution, reporting, and optimization of campaigns and work with internal stakeholders, including, business accounts, insights and analytics, events and engagements, digital, copy, design, talent programs, and corporate communications leads. Help to shape narratives, engagement strategies, audience segmentation, messaging, and positioning and execute full-funnel plans. Study Booz Allen’s culture and employee value proposition, learning and development, career, flexibility, wellbeing, and benefits programs, tools, and services, locate key features to attract and retain employees, and create plans for their promotion. Promote talent programs and offerings to our employees and candidates. Identify customer needs and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulate what success looks like, and rally a team to turn that vision into a reality. Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with leading the strategy, planning, development, and optimization of integrated multi-channel campaigns focused on key priority themes and topics designed to drive extraordinary talent experiences
Experience with executing user research to deepen comprehension of employees’ needs, motivations, and pain points
Knowledge of developing and delivering concrete budgets and project plans that will lead our teams to reach their highest level of success and potential
Ability to collaborate with other capability leads to develop clear, compelling, concise, and differentiated messages and stories for various products and programs that align to the employee journey and target personas, resonates with employees, and differentiates their experience from our competitors
Ability to work closely with creative, account, and other group directors and capability leads to establish, monitor, and manage project resources, tasks, meetings, milestones, dependencies, risks, and client expectations
Ability to partner with in-house or agencies of record and other content creators to craft extraordinary content that pushes the creative boundaries of what’s possible or expected
Ability to ensure consistent voice and effective, integrated messaging, aligned with identified priorities across channels and communications efforts
Ability to support the development of briefs, pitches, and presentations and assist with defining the project scopes, objectives, or change requests
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualification:
Experience as a storyteller with excellent writing and presentation expertise to succinctly translate complex features into business benefits that resonate with employees
Experience with employee and customer messaging and content
Experience with marketing to enterprises and consumers or employees
Professional Certified Marketer (PCM), Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM), or Certified Product Manager (CPM) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $118,000.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
