Key Role:
Lead partner and teaming initiatives for a set of strategic, priority pursuits across the Civil Sector and contribute to the growth of the federal civilian portfolio by developing teaming strategies, identifying potential partners, negotiating teaming agreements, and identifying how teammates can add value to pursuits from both delivery and capture experience. Work closely with capture executives and senior leaders from solutioning, pricing, and competitive intelligence perspectives to engage with the industry and build teaming strategies for large, technically complex programs that the firm is bidding. Work with solutions leaders to understand the nuances of requirements, pricing experts to address pricing sensitivities of clients, and capture leaders to address socio-economic small business requirements and other capture dimensions to include incumbent insights, surge requirements, and geographic location requirements. Drive engagement with external senior executives, including program, capture, solutioning, pricing, and recruiting. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience working in technology and federal market consulting organizations
- Experience working with teaming and channel partners
- Experience identifying and building successful teaming strategies and negotiating teaming agreements
- Experience applying a consultative approach to solve complex client challenges
- Experience with business development and delivery of large complex teaming partners
- Experience with software development programs
- Ability to advance our value proposition through identification of how teaming partners bring forth innovation, cover gaps, and contribute to technical solutions during capture and proposal phases
- Ability to conduct internal senior-level briefings on the value proposition of our teaming strategy as a differentiator in our strategic pursuits
- Ability to deliver compelling and effective senior-level presentations and demonstrations in both virtual and live environments
- Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with CTAs, JVs, and traditional prime or sub
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail and follow-up
- Ability to show an excellent command of pricing considerations for staffing purposes
- Ability to work cross-functionally and display a passion for business development
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
