Job Description
Key Role:
Leverage extensive knowledge to design, maintain, and administer domestic and international compensation programs and policies, including pay strategies, talent retention, management of internal compression and equity, and market competitiveness. Build and maintain partnerships across stakeholder groups effectively, including finance, business leaders, legal, tax, and regulatory compliance organizations. Demonstrate knowledge, thoughtful problem statement development, and in-depth analyses to formulate the design, implementation, and annual maintenance of competitive and equitable compensation structures across multiple countries, including budgeting. Lead the well managed delivery of the companywide annual compensation cycle using team, partner, and stakeholder resources. Manage projects, including identification of all deliverables, milestones, timeline, and responsible parties and identify streamlining opportunities. Design, maintain, and administer compensation policies and guidelines that promote fairness, transparency, and employee satisfaction. Use a human-centered approach to create solutions that consider employee experience. Build and maintain compensation program, policy, and technology roadmaps with input from key stakeholders, including system requirements to evolve compensation programs and technology capabilities to ensure continued competitiveness and alignment to company goals. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of experience with applying advanced compensation theories, principles, and concepts to developing solutions for complex problems, including base pay management, bonus plan administration, and differentiated reward programs
4+ years of experience with advising organizational leaders, building relationships, and serving as a results-oriented change agent
Experience with domestic and international compensation surveys, programs, analyses, budgets, and implementation
Experience with Human Resource technologies, including HRIS systems
Experience with using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge of employment law, compensation management, salary planning, workforce analytics, and project administration
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with using Workday
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including DCAA and dealing with DCAA or any regulatory body on compensation matters
Ability to leverage consulting expertise, untangle and comprehend complex problems, and make recommendations to help the company scale quickly
Ability to lead and manage multiple initiatives successfully and simultaneously and pivot quickly in a growth mindset
Ability to demonstrate an excellent business orientation
Ability to perform advanced data modeling in data reporting platforms
Ability to deliver client-ready products
Ability to think creatively, provide strategic thought leadership, and demonstrate influence at all levels of the organization
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
