Contract Administrator, Lead

Key Role:

Provide contract support for complex government services contracts, including Fixed Price, T&M, or cost-type contracts with special emphasis on digital solutions services, such as the software development life cycle (SDLC) and other IT services. Work closely with business development, functional delivery, and acquisition teams in providing contract leadership, advice, and support. Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggested proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements and recommended bid strategies.  Assist with proposal development, including solicitation reviews, risk identification, and the development of mitigation strategies.  Negotiate and administer NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with prime contractors and with the US government in accordance with firm templates and policies. Apply subject matter expertise to contract terms and conditions from pre-award through post-award and proactively develop and recommend solutions to challenges. Monitor trends in federal procurement and the impact to the account portfolio.

Basic Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience with contract administration and negotiation

-Experience in fixed-price digital solutions contracts, including contracts for the SDLC, digital solutions, and IT services associated with customized software and Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) or Government off the Shelf (GOTS) solutions

-Experience with all contract types, including fixed-price, T&M, and cost reimbursable

-Experience in negotiating with industry partners, including non-disclosure and teaming agreements

-Experience with FEDSIM

-Knowledge of FAR and agency supplements, including the Department of Veterans' Affairs (VA) Acquisition Regulation (VAAR)

-Knowledge of the SDLC and contracting terms and conditions designed to reasonably bound risk

-Ability to support a quick paced, high-volume, diverse workload successfully

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree or 10+ years of experience with contract administration

 Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of evolving technology trends

-TS/SCI clearance preferred
