Job Description
Key Role:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and act as an advisor regarding contractual requirements. Administer various types and arrangements of contracts throughout the life cycle. Collaborate with a diverse team of experts conducting business risk identification, management, and mitigation. Educate junior staff, colleagues, and client-facing staff on the latest company and government policies affecting the business environment. Provide leadership to junior contract administrators, as needed. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with contracts administration
- Experience with pre-proposal efforts, proposal support and submission, contract execution for all contract types and arrangements, or direct contracting
- Knowledge of federal or DoD regulations, including FAR or DFAR regulations
- Ability to manage multiple critical internal and external deadlines, including proposal submissions, data calls, and short turn inquiries
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working with client-facing teams in a diverse environment
- Knowledge of Army-specific regulations
- Ability to establish and maintain client relationships to ensure levels of communication are constantly open
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent analytical skills, including recognizing significant or unique requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions for various agreements, including non-disclosures and teaming agreements

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
