Job Description
Key Role:
Design, build, manage, and deliver an integrated content strategy and storytelling approach that informs, motivates, and inspires our business, talent programs, and employees. Shape an omni-channel content agenda that aligns business objectives with employee priorities in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including business accounts, insights and analytics, campaigns and strategy, events and engagements, digital, talent programs, and corporate communications leads. Drive the development of innovative, industry-leading content that articulates our purpose, values, culture, and employee value proposition across digital, physical, programmatic, and experiential channels from strategy through execution. Identify gaps and proactively spot opportunities to scale experiences and new ways of publishing across multiple projects and initiatives. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience leading the strategy and delivery of a modern publishing organization that is digitally oriented and committed to driving strategic, cultural, and behavioral change
Experience as an expert storyteller with superlative writing and presentation expertise to translate complex business objectives into extraordinary talent experiences
Experience developing integrated content strategies that extend content value by flexing to different channels and maximize the return busy leaders and employees enjoy when they invest their attention in it
Ability to interpret opaque challenges from the business and deliver clear content solutions that are elegant, useful, and rigorously substantiated
Ability to lead and coach content creators to deliver the right mix of increasingly innovative, visual, and multimedia stories against an integrated content agenda and to ensure that all of it, regardless of format and channel, creates differentiation for our voice and EVP
Ability to build, manage, and sustain relationships with senior leadership, acting as a collaborator and go-to leader on content development, while engaging stakeholders in the value of integrated content to support key priority themes and topics
Ability to oversee multiple project simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, and managing workloads to serve a diverse stakeholder group across a complex and matrixed organization
Ability to scope and manage an editorial budget, resource allocation, and assist in annual planning effort
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with storytelling to businesses and its consumers or employees
Experience partnering with leadership, in-house strategic marketers, and external vendors in content strategy and development
Experience championing quality and process standards across a diverse stakeholder landscape and driving adherence to those standards
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $118,000.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
