This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the modernization of the DoD. As change management consultant, you’ll work with your team to assess how improvements will impact business processes and design to help your team develop operational requirements and institutional solutions to solve the complex challenges of our DoD clients. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices.

You Have:
Experience with researching and analyzing government policy documents, strategies, and issues, using both quantitative and qualitative methods
Experience with creating verbal and written communication products, including presentations and technical reports
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Ability to collaborate and coordinate analytical and technical work across 2+ projects simultaneously
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience with qualitative or quantitative research and analysis
Nice If You Have:
Experience working with the DoD
Experience with organizing and managing conferences or workshops, including classified and unclassified events
Experience working in military health
Knowledge of DoD organizations, processes, and institutional change mechanisms
Experience with data visualization
Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
