The Opportunity:

Our Culture, Communications, and Engagement team is seeking an experienced creative and design professional to elevate visual communications related to our functional & people operations.

We are a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to fostering a vibrant and engaging communication ecosystem. As part of our team, you will interact with other designers, copywriters, and group leads to develop creative visual concepts and executions of assigned products across a portfolio of projects. You will collaborate with other design and creative colleagues in creating visually appealing designs for an array of mediums, with the opportunity to wear some additional hats depending on business demands. You will personally work on projects to establish award winning creative. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple disciplines and make a significant impact on our diverse workforce; help facilitate the development of creative briefs and client presentations; be accountable for your work and the projects you are a part of. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a studio or design agency

  • Experience with working on a digital campaign or project with multiple stakeholder groups

  • Knowledge of design, typography, and color principles and best practices, across multiple mediums

  • Ability to demonstrate strong Adobe Creative Suite and computer skills

  • Ability to share design portfolio

  • Associate's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
