Job Description
Key Role:
Work on long-term projects in a fast-paced environment specifically focused on Github/Github Enterprise, Github Actions, Jenkins, and Artifactory. Assist with the creation and maintenance of On-Premise and Cloud-based infrastructure in support of DevOps tooling operational efficiency to maintain peak system performance. Provide impactful designs and implement solutions spanning across the organization with a goal of adding efficiencies and value with each setup. Provide support and expertise for migrating configurations and data into and out of disparate DevOps platforms and tools. Support user communities through developing knowledge base articles, sharing tips, providing lessons learned and best practices, fielding questions, supporting change requests, and facilitating training on tool usage. Work collaboratively across an amazing group of well-organized and self-motivated remote individuals to build both short and long-term roadmaps with the goal of setting the team up for success. Participate in evaluations, testing, securing, procuring, and reporting on activities related to new integrations, extensions, and base product upgrades as they relate to GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Artifactory. Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness, built using a range of DevOps tooling. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with systems administration, including application patching, monitoring, or troubleshooting
- Experience with containerization technologies or methodologies
- Experience with using active learning and analytical thinking within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Knowledge of provisioning computer networking and storage, and setting up servers that the platform is on, including virtual machines (VMs )or networks
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks while adapting to changing needs in a fast-paced environment
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments
- 2+ years of experience with troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness
- Experience with developing enterprise cloud-native solutions involving Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, or Azure
- Knowledge of creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks
- Knowledge of triaging and resolving issues related to both open-source and commercial tools in public cloud environments

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
