Enterprise Cybersecurity Program Manager

Key Role:

Apply extensive experience leading large-scale program management within a dynamic environment and handle numerous high-profile projects and responsibilities while effectively influencing and negotiating with immediate team and wider stakeholders across the corporate enterprise. Work directly with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Chief of Staff (CoS), and other team leaders to drive the team’s priority projects. Maintain frequent and direct communication with stakeholders, developing scope and estimates, monitoring and controlling projects, and resolving impediments effectively and efficiently. Analyze current operational processes to maximize efficiency, performance, productivity, and collaboration, recommending improvement solutions where necessary. Build resource management function to support new project work and changing priority project work, working with stakeholders to reprioritize efforts when necessary. Establish system of tracking and stakeholder check-in cadence. Track and manage project execution risks. Establish and manage relationships across portfolios. Lead all ECS internal reporting and metrics functions and drive preparation for monthly PMR and other types of ad-hoc reporting. Manage findings from audits and after action reports, from identification to close or acceptance across all the team. Support CISO and CoS in any special projects. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management for large enterprise functions

  • Experience working ​in a Cybersecurity or IT field

  • Experience with program or project management tools and styles

  • Experience with resource management and program management principles and best practices

  • Experience with change management

  • Experience with building and delivering visual presentations to executive leadership

  • Ability to handle ambiguity and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field, with a focus on technology exercise planning

  • Experience as a self-starter, proactively identifying problems, determining pragmatic solutions, identifying and obtaining needed resources, and executing with little or no supervision 

  • Knowledge of master data management concepts 

  • Ability to demonstrate thought leadership, quickly comprehend complex problems, draw logical conclusions, make sound decisions, develop solutions, and negotiate and respond accordingly to drive closure

  • Ability to collaborate with the professional confidence and credibility to effectively engage and interact with senior and executive management

  • Possession of excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

  • Cybersecurity Certifications, including Security+ and CISSP

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
