Job Description
Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for the development of client facing presentations, work directly with the capture team, and drive the proposal team to successful awards. Integrate solutioning, technical response and presentation architecture efforts for the firm’s highest priority bids. Address complex problem sets by constructing overall storyboards and highly innovative solution concepts. Align technical and management concepts for proven methodologies and innovative frameworks and develop compliant and compelling proposal responses. Facilitate iterative sessions with technical SMEs and market or account leaders at the story and task levels. Present progress on iterative development to senior market and bid and proposal (BD) leaders. Mentor and supervise employees and subject matter experts in technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
-7 years of experience with a wide variety of solutions sets, including systems engineering, integration principles, systems development life cycle activities, training, information operations, or intelligence collection
-3+ years of experience with leading the development and integration of proposal content for Federal solicitations
-Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
-Knowledge of solicitation requirements
-Ability to collaborate with client-facing teams, extract the most pressing project challenges, build consistent storylines, and develop compliant and compelling solutions that address challenges
-Ability to translate highly detailed requirements into integrated storylines and scenario responses suitable for executive consumption
-Ability to lead teams and stakeholders throughout the capture process
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with working on solutions in an assisted acquisition environment, including FEDSIM
-Experience in developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
-Experience with applying development frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, ITIL, enterprise integration, or DevOps
-Experience with analytical techniques for specific problem sets

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
