Ethics and Compliance Program Specialist, Senior

On our team, you’ll build trusted partnerships across the firm and collaborate with fellow members of the Legal, Ethics, and Compliance team to protect and advance the company, while navigating the complex, multifaceted, and often novel legal and compliance risks we face today. Guided by Booz Allen’s purpose and values, together we’ll anticipate and proactively prepare for the issues we’ll encounter tomorrow. In this role, you'll contribute to a culture of integrity and ethical decision-making throughout the company by supporting our technology-enabled compliance processes including the Ethics inbox, Conflict of Interest disclosures, and policy governance, while contributing to E&C training, awareness and outreach, and content generation. You will have the opportunity to develop your consultative mindset, business acumen, and functional skills by working with different subject matter experts as departmental priorities evolve.

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in Ethics, Compliance, or Legal, including driving positive business outcomes in a professional work environment
  • Experience in a consulting, regulatory, or government contracting environment
  • Experience with data analytics, communications, and project management
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, working independently, and exercising judgment about when to escalate to a supervisor
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Ability to demonstrate the qualities of diplomacy, tact, excellent judgment, discretion, and initiative
  • CCEP or LCEP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
