Job Description
Key Role:
Analyze, report, and consolidate financial data in support of internal and external reporting needs while managing a staff. Complete variance analysis to determine drivers of overall firm financial performance. Adapt to change on a regular basis and deliver timely and accurate analysis to finance leadership. Support the analysis of trends and conduct what-if and trade-off analyses. Provide clear verbal and written explanations of methodologies and assumptions behind all analyses and field questions from company leadership regarding results and findings. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with financial analysis and modeling
Experience with pulling data, analyzing trends, and briefing key takeaways
Experience with working in or covering the government services sector
Experience with slide development and briefing to senior leadership
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel at an intermediate or advanced level
Ability to address key takeaways succinctly
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Costpoint, Tableau, Deltek, and SmartView, including Excel Add-In
Experience with reporting and analyzing operations or business results for business units of $500M+ in revenue
Experience with working in a matrixed environment and cross-collaborating with other teams
Experience with managing a team, including balancing of workloads, successful and on-time completion of all deliverables, and providing actionable feedback to staff
Ability to apply creativity in performing financial analysis and bring value to the improvement of projects financial performance
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
