Executive Talent Management, Senior Manager

Key Role:

Design and lead a team of talent development and management SMEs to execute a multifaceted Executive Talent Management strategy for the company’s most senior executives. Design and execute Executive Talent strategies, programs, and services across multiple parts of the executive lifecycle to develop and retain a highly engaged technical executive workforce. Partner with senior business executives to lead the strategic transformation of executive talent management focused on preparing a pipeline of leaders that can deliver on the company’s business strategy. Disrupt traditional thinking on technical talent leadership career paths including conducting external benchmarking, developing and implementing executive technical career paths, including partnering to refine leader incentives and accountability metrics to align and support new talent pathways. Design a strategy for and implement an ongoing process to manage an executive top talent development approach and program. Design and oversee the implementation of an executive assessment strategy. Evolve executive performance management solutions to include new tools for calibration, focusing on increasing actionable growth-focused feedback, and individual development planning and technology enhancements in Workday. Redesign, build, and execute the firm’s succession management approach creating a pipeline for the firm’s most critical roles and a scalable process adopted in the business, including implementing technology solutions to scale the succession approach. Drive scale and efficiency across the team’s portfolio of existing products and services, including assessing the current team’s capabilities to support the future state of the enterprise. Champion the use of talent data and success metrics using Workday, Power BI, and other tools for data-driven storytelling and visualization. Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement to optimize digital talent management strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Organizational Development, HR, Talent Strategy, or Talent Management for a growth technology-based company operating in a matrixed environment

  • Experience with executive presence and gravitas to interact effectively with senior leadership

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to effectively assess and diagnose business needs and develop impactful solutions

  • Ability to have supreme attention to detail and integrity in handling highly confidential and sensitive information

  • Ability to be agile in responding to rapidly changing demands, priorities, and business needs

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and implement multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

  • Ability to effectively design a strategy and compelling business case via PowerPoint

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in talent development fields, including leadership development, learning and development, or training and facilitation

  • Knowledge of Human Resources disciplines, including competency modeling, performance management, business partnering, recruiting, and onboarding

  • Ability to employ statistical analysis on disparate executive data and extract insights to guide C-suite decision-making

  • Ability to facilitate difficult conversations, drive to alignment, consensus, and understanding

  • Master's degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development or Behavior, Human Resources, Business Management, or Learning and Development

  • International Coaching Federation Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
