Finance Sub Account Lead

Key Role:

Perform as a highly motivated, engaged, and experienced financial analyst to lead and interface with subaccount senior clients for a large, growing subaccount with a focus on financial performance of a large range of key performance indicators, forecast, and annual planning. Cultivate and implement strategies at the subaccount level to drive financial performance in alignment with account goals. Leverage expertise of full life cycle program and contract financial management at the subaccount level. Facilitate collaboration across enterprise and business partner organizations to proactively prevent and mitigate risk. Adapt to a dynamic environment on a regular basis and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful analysis to account executives. Assume responsibility for gathering and interpreting complex financial data and translating information into meaningful recommendations that optimize business performance decision-making. Partner with account executives and business partners to incorporate all relevant information into financial analytics to develop executive insights and perspectives, identify business trends, and recommend action plans. Manage Project Cost Organization analyst team, including resource management, training, and people management. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with program control, program finance, or business operations support

  • Experience with using Microsoft Excel formulas in a financial tracking, analysis, and reporting environment 

  • Knowledge of EAC and various contract types

  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and Joint Travel Regulations

  • Ability to communicate financial information through executive briefs efficiently and effectively that have bottom line impact to the business

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Costpoint

  • Experience with managing a diverse team

  • Experience with forecasting and multi-year planning

  • Ability to provide oversight to multiple closeout procedures

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
