Financial Planning Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Lead the indirect rate management process and provide direct support to the Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP) submission. Provide analysis and reporting to give leadership insights into rate performance, risks, and recommendations. Lead the indirect rate forecasting process, including impacts to revenue and profit. Support regulatory reviews and audits to obtain government approval for pricing and billing rates. Provide analysis and modeling for strategic business objectives. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in a finance business partnering or consulting role in government contracting

  • Experience with using Microsoft Excel, including creating detailed financial, analytical, and scenario-based models

  • Knowledge of cost accounting structures and practices

  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to leadership efficiently and effectively

  • Ability to navigate a complex matrixed environment and manage competing priorities

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with using Costpoint, Hyperion Essbase, and Oracle BI tools

  • Experience with financial planning involving mergers and acquisitions

  • Possession of excellent presentation skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
