On our team, youâll build trusted partnerships across the firm and collaborate with fellow members of the Legal, Ethics, and Compliance team to protect and advance the company, while navigating the complex, multifaceted, and often novel legal and compliance risks we face today. You Have:
8+ years of experience advising government contractors on compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement statutes and regulations, either in a law firm or in-house environment
Experience with conducting compliance risk assessments
Experience with M&A compliance due diligence or post-merger integration for compliance programs
Experience briefing senior corporate leadership
Ability to build relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Ability to translate technical advice into succinct, clear, and direct policies and guidance for business partners
Ability to foster collaboration with various stakeholders
J.D. degree
Nice If You Have:Â
Experience working with diverse teams of attorneys and non-attorneys on compliance program design and execution
Experience testing non-financial compliance controls, such as compliance monitoring
Experience maintaining and enhancing global compliance programs
Experience advising on competition and lobbying matters relevant to government contractors
Experience advising on IT, cybersecurity, data security, and other highly technical concepts and associated regulatory and contractual requirements

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualâs particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $153,400.00 to $285,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allenâs total compensation package for employees.Work Model
