Job Description
Key Role:
Develop and apply advanced software and systems methods, theories, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced technical problems. Plan, conduct, and technically direct projects or major phases of significant projects, coordinating the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects. Analyze, evaluate, and plan method of approach and organize means to achieve solution of complex technical problems. Conduct investigations and tests of considerable complexity. Review literature, patents and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects. Review projects progress and evaluate results. Recommend corrections in technical applications and analysis. Specify materials, equipment, and supplies required for completion and implementation of technical projects. Evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products or services. Provide technical consultation to technical staff or other organizations.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with cellular communication systems, including both COTS and GOTS
Experience with multiple mobile operating systems, such as Android
Experience performing system updates and configurations for Windows, Linux, and Mac devices
Experience training one-on-one and small groups in both field and classroom settings
Knowledge of with Agile workflow
Knowledge of operational tradecraft
Ability to coordinate and facilitate activities across multiple vendors and Sponsoring Agency
Ability to travel, sometimes on short notice
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Additional Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a technical role that involves training and testing
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
