Intelligence Assessment Analyst, Senior

As an intelligence analyst, you use your specialized regional, functional, or military experience and your attention to detail to develop analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their mission environment. Using your comprehensive understanding of the intelligence life cycle, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to present mission managers with unique insights that enable effective strategic communication. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policy makers and US IC-wide products. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like strategic mission management, automation and text analytics, assessment methodology development, and measures of effectiveness and performance in the IC. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You Have:

-5+ years of experience with analytical assessments analysis

-5+ years of experience with drafting all-source finished intelligence analysis

-3+ years of experience with working in the intelligence community

-Experience with conceptualization and assessing complex qualitative and quantitative information

-Ability to delineate judgments and the evidentiary base in clear, concise, and analytic written products

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with regional or functional topics

-Experience with applying quantitative analytic methods in the conceptualization and drafting of evaluations on enterprise-wide issues

-Experience with survey techniques and designing and running surveys

-Experience with multi-agency intelligence environments

-Experience with managing, prioritizing, and tasking intelligence collection and reporting

-Knowledge of intelligence priority topics and supporting intelligence information needs

-Ability to generate reports, charts, and plots of distributions and trends, descriptive statistics, and complex statistical analyses
