Leadership Development Learning Manager

Key Role:

Design, develop, deliver, and support the company’s leadership development programs and interactive e-learning experiences for managers. Oversee leadership development strategies and philosophies, including new leader immersion program, front-line leader strategy, and curricula in support of individual development planning toolset. Assess leadership development needs and improve content and processes to ensure programs remain relevant and impactful. Manage design and operational aspects of various leaderships programs, including budget forecasting and tracking for multiple curriculums, program risk management, communication, diagnostics, and vendor management. Maintain, analyze, track, and report on goals, progress, and program metrics and manage internal and external senior stakeholders, including relationship building and communication. Collaborate across teams and levels with leaders, stakeholders, internal clients, and colleagues to execute programs and demonstrate ability to deliver against the entire suite of leadership offerings and ensure the services offered align to learner and business needs and adhere to the highest standards of quality, as needed. Drive scale and efficiency across the team’s portfolio of existing products and services, including assessing the current team’s capabilities to support the future state of the enterprise. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Development, HR, or Talent Strategy for a growth technology-based company operating in a matrixed environment
  • Experience with designing, delivering, and scaling Leadership development curricula
  • Experience with managing client and stakeholder relationships
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively assess and diagnose business needs and develop impactful solutions
  • Ability to be agile in responding to rapidly changing demands, priorities, and business needs
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and implement multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate persuasively and effectively to influence decisions
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in new and existing learning delivery methods, including ILT, vILT, online learning, webcasts, mobile, social, video, or microlearning
  • Knowledge of business operations and budget management
  • Ability to effectively design a strategy and compelling business case via PowerPoint
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Master's degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or Human Behavior

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
