Legal and Security Systems Senior Manager

Key Role:

Develop and lead a new IT service area focused on delivering systems to support Legal, Audit, Compliance, and Security functions within a large, dynamic organization. Be responsible for managing technology solutions, strategic planning, and teams using a blend of IT and business acumen. Work closely with business leaders and technical colleagues to ensure our systems effectively enable customer missions while preserving IT objectives. Be responsible for overseeing new systems and requirements to build, mentor, and oversee a team of developers and technologists, product owners, and business analysts to support the delivery. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, demonstrating a track record in managing technology solutions and business operations
  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership, managing a cross-disciplinary team of technologists and business analysts
  • 3+ years of experience building, using, or supporting enterprise technology solutions for legal, audit, compliance, and case management functions in a corporate environment
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies and roadmaps to meet IT and business goals across several concurrent products
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Administration

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with vendor solutions, including IBM Case Manager, Relativity, Convercent, OneTrust, or Workiva
  • Experience operating in an Agile software development and delivery environment using applications like JIRA, Confluence, Git, and Aha Roadmaps
  • Experience managing vendor contracts and relationships for SaaS and on-premise enterprise software solutions
  • Possession of strong project and program management skills, including driving complex projects and initiatives
  • Possession of strong stakeholder management skills, including maintaining strong relationships at various organizational levels and functional areas

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $134,600.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
