Key Role:
Report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and Brand (M&B) within the Corporate Affairs function of Booz Allen. Lead a team responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing, demand generation, tech operations, analytics, and insights. Leverage your expertise and understanding of the rapidly evolving digital landscape, play a pivotal role in advancing our brand presence, optimizing audience experiences, enhancing digital and data integration, and driving business growth. Manage and optimize an integrated MarTech stack, including systems and platforms for website and social media, automation and sales enablement, and content and project management. Elevate performance measurement and innovation by providing data-driven insights to executive leadership and being the go-to subject matter expert for digital marketing trends and best practices, and integrations of artificial intelligence into the tech stack. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, shape and execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives, elevate our market position, and ensure we remain at the forefront of digital marketing industry trends. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience as a technology expert
- 12+ years of experience as a digital marketing leader
- 8+ years of experience with leadership and team management skills, including a track record of building and developing high-performing technical and digital teams
- 5+ years of experience with professional services marketing, IT and tech marketing, brand agency, or B2G or B2B marketing
- Experience with managing the interoperability of marketing technologies
- Experience with Full-Stack website management leading both technical development and content production teams for enterprise websites
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, website optimization tools, and social media management tools
- Knowledge of marketing data and analytics, including the global regulatory environment related to data privacy and data collection
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in driving MarTech stack transformation, including within a Fortune 100 company
- Experience with managing and analyzing customer databases to optimize segmentation and personalize marketing efforts
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drove measurable business results, including within a Fortune 100 company
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
- Ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent presentation skills
- Digital Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Marketing Automation, Search Engine Optimization, User and Customer Experience, Demand Generation, and Content Strategy Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $134,600.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
