Job Description
Key Role:
Design, implementation and management of VMware ESXi infrastructure, Windows platforms and security services, and cloud technologies. Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications running on Windows server operating systems. Demonstrate knowledge of data center design best practices, cloud hybrid architecture, enterprise storage and storage protocols. Develop system documentation and conduct technical information system security testing in support of the appropriate security risk management processes using security assessment and technical testing efforts to identify and patch vulnerabilities in the systems being developed.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with installation and configuration of VMware ESXi virtual infrastructure
Experience with installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows Servers and domain services
Experience with deployment and configuration of Windows management services, Update Management, SQL, and web services
Experience with system deployment and management in Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience with hardening Windows Servers and VMware using Department of Defense (DoD) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience deploying and configuring e-Discovery platforms such as Relativity or Microsoft Purview eDiscovery
Ability to independently initiate, manage, execute, and report tasks
Ability to communicate network principles and designs to clients
VMware Certified Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
