Post-Merger Integration Lead

Key Role:

Serve as a lead on the Post Merger Integration (PMI) team, part of Corporate Development. Maintain responsibility for the initial integration of Booz Allen’s acquired firms, including people, systems, and assets, and managing divestiture programs while working with Functional and Market Leadership. Partner with market leadership directly accountable for the acquisition to integrate the acquired company into the Firm and ensure successful integration to achieve strategic rationale, value drivers, and synergies. Lead mobilization of all functional teams, establish the governance framework, and work with the Corporate Development execution team and sponsoring market leadership to design the integration model and integration plan and support successful execution. Bring program management, including cross-functional collaboration, schedule development and management, and risk management, and status reporting to each integration effort. Advance corporate knowledge through the continued buildout of the integration playbook and associated artifacts. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with post-merger integration, corporate development, consulting, and project management

  • Experience with M&A lifecycle

  • Experience with structuring complex problems and delivering insights and recommendations

  • Experience with gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing large amounts of information, including identifying issues and recommending solutions

  • Ability to prioritize work streams and move quickly among differing tasks appropriately

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services space

  • Experience with using Microsoft Project or Smartsheet

  • Ability to leverage Microsoft Project schedule development expertise

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to work with high energy and a sense of urgency

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Possession of excellent project management skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
