Power Pricing Product Owner

Key Role:

Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of the corporate strategy. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a business analyst, pricing analyst, or consultant working at the intersection of technology, finance, and business strategy
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office Suite, including SQL Server or T-SQL, VBA, or Python
  • Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master on a Software development scrum team
  • Experience in working with enterprise pricing software solutions
  • Experience in Reporting, Analytics, and BI methodologies
  • Ability to author complex documents describing and visualizing analytical results
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Finance or Pricing in a Government Contracting environment
  • Ability to conceptualize, design, and build analytics solutions to improve outcomes and uncover key insights
  • Ability to turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes for the ultimate customer
  • Ability to be a strong leader to share, motivate, inspire, and build up their peers
  • Ability to show flexibility, initiative, and innovation in dealing with ambiguous, fast-paced situations
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
